Do you think you're not hustling?


Reader, have you ever caught yourself thinking you’ve escaped hustle culture, only to realize it’s still running the show?

That was me in 2023.
No evenings, no weekends, time off, decent boundaries… and still hustling.

In a guest post for Pearl Spark Pages, I write about what it’s like to see through the subtle layers of toxic productivity that linger even after we think we’ve opted out.

Hustle culture is a mindset. It tells us that our worth is based in our output. That rest is risky. That enough is never, ever enough.

And it's a survival response baked into our systems.

What I’ve learned (and keep relearning) is this:
Slowing down isn’t a retreat from ambition.
